Directions
Adults combine 1 scoop with your favorite beverage or meal 1-2 times daily and mix thoroughly, or as recommended by a qualified healthcare professional.
Helpful tip: Use a shaker cup, blender or drink mixer for best results. Whey protein isolate may clump if stirred with a spoon into cold liquids. For a richer flavor, mix 1 scoop with 4-6 oz of liquid. For a lighter flavor, use 8-10 oz of liquid.
