Questions and Answers about Houston Enzymes, TriEnza, Enzyme For Digestive Intolerances

    Have a Question?

    Ask a Question
    • What is TriEnza used for?

TriEnza is a comprehensive enzyme supplement designed to support digestion and nutrient absorption, particularly for individuals with food intolerances or sensitivities. It contains a blend of enzymes that help break down various food components, including proteins, carbohydrates, fats, and fibers, potentially reducing digestive discomfort and improving overall nutrient utilization.

    • What are the best digestive enzymes for histamine intolerance?

For histamine intolerance, digestive enzyme supplements containing diamine oxidase (DAO) are often considered beneficial. While TriEnza doesn't specifically target histamine, its broad-spectrum enzyme blend may indirectly support individuals with histamine sensitivity by improving overall digestion and reducing the burden on the digestive system.

    • What enzyme is good for digestion?

Several enzymes are beneficial for digestion, each targeting different food components. Proteases help break down proteins, lipases aid in fat digestion, and amylases assist with carbohydrate breakdown. TriEnza contains a variety of these enzymes, making it a comprehensive digestive support supplement that can aid in the digestion of a wide range of foods.

    • What are the best digestive enzymes for food allergies?

While digestive enzymes cannot prevent true food allergies, they may help manage symptoms of food intolerances or sensitivities. TriEnza's broad-spectrum enzyme blend is designed to support the digestion of various food components, potentially reducing digestive discomfort associated with certain food sensitivities.

    • Do digestive enzymes help with intolerances?

Digestive enzymes like TriEnza can potentially help manage symptoms of food intolerances by supporting the breakdown of problematic food components. By aiding in the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates, and fats, these enzymes may reduce the likelihood of partially digested food particles triggering intolerance symptoms.

    • Do doctors recommend digestive enzymes?

Some healthcare providers may recommend digestive enzymes for individuals experiencing chronic digestive issues or those with known enzyme deficiencies. However, recommendations can vary based on individual health needs
