  • What is 21st century D3 good for?

21st Century Vitamin D3 is primarily used to support bone health by aiding calcium absorption. It also plays a crucial role in immune function, muscle strength, and mood regulation. Vitamin D3 is particularly important for individuals with limited sun exposure or those at risk of vitamin D deficiency.

  • How much vitamin D3 should I take daily?

The recommended daily intake of vitamin D3 varies depending on age, health status, and other factors. Generally, adults are advised to take between 600-800 IU (15-20 mcg) daily. However, some individuals may require higher doses under medical supervision.

  • Is it safe to take vitamin D3 1000 IU daily?

For most adults, taking 1000 IU of vitamin D3 daily is considered safe and may be beneficial, especially for those with limited sun exposure. However, it's important not to exceed recommended doses without medical supervision, as very high levels of vitamin D can be harmful.

  • What is the best form of vitamin D3?

Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) is generally considered the best form of vitamin D supplement as it's the same form produced by the body when skin is exposed to sunlight.
