Have a Question?

Ask a Question
  • What are the benefits of bentonite detox?

Bentonite detox is believed to offer several potential benefits for overall health and well-being. It may help remove toxins and impurities from the body by binding to them in the digestive tract. Bentonite clay is also thought to support digestive health by potentially alleviating occasional digestive discomfort and promoting regular bowel movements.

  • How do you use Yerba Prima Great Plains, Bentonite, Detox?

Yerba Prima, Great Plains, Bentonite, Detox is typically used by mixing the recommended amount of clay powder with water or juice. It's usually consumed on an empty stomach, either first thing in the morning or before bed. • Is Yerba Prima, Great Plains Bentonite, Detox good for the kidneys?

While Yerba Prima, Great Plains, Bentonite, Detox is not specifically marketed for kidney health, some people believe it may indirectly support kidney function through its detoxification properties. By potentially binding to toxins in the digestive tract, it may reduce the overall toxic load on the body, which could theoretically benefit the kidneys. However, more research is needed to confirm direct benefits for kidney health.

  • How long to take bentonite clay for detox?

The duration of a bentonite clay detox can vary depending on individual needs and goals. Some people use bentonite clay for short-term detox periods of 1-2 weeks, while others incorporate it into their routine for longer periods. It's generally recommended to start with a shorter duration and gradually increase if desired, paying attention to how your body responds.

  • What are the side effects of bentonite clay detox?

While bentonite clay is generally considered safe for most people, some individuals may experience side effects. These can include constipation if not enough water is consumed, nausea, or bloating. In rare cases, some people may experience an allergic reaction. It's also important to note that bentonite clay can potentially interfere with the absorption of certain medications if taken at the same time.

  • Is it okay to use bentonite clay every day?

Daily use of bentonite clay is not typically recommended for extended periods. While short-term daily use may be fine for some people, long-term daily use could potentially lead to mineral imbalances or digestive issues.
