-
How much calcium magnesium should I take daily?
The appropriate dosage of calcium and magnesium can vary based on individual factors such as age, gender, and overall health status. Generally, adults need about 1000–1200 mg of calcium and 310–420 mg of magnesium daily from all sources, including diet and supplements. It's important to follow the recommended dosage on the product label and consider your dietary intake when determining supplementation.
-
Is it better to take Solgar Calcium Magnesium in the morning or at night?
The timing of taking Solgar Calcium Magnesium can depend on individual preferences and responses. Some people find it beneficial to split the dose, taking half in the morning and half at night to improve absorption.
