NOW Foods Indole-3-Carbinol is a vegetarian/vegan and kosher dietary supplement that supports cellular health and detoxification with a sulfur-containing compound found in cruciferous vegetables. This formula includes flax lignan extract and is readily converted into DIM (diindolylmethane) and other compounds that neutralize free radicals and promote proper detoxification, helping to maintain the health of the breast and other reproductive organs.

Directions
